As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you: 

• Site Location: Minden, NV
• Set schedule: At least 24-hour work week, with opportunities for more hours. 
  • Grave: 10:00pm to 6:00am: Monday to Wednesday.
  • Must have open ability to handle shifts as needed.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You provide critical Access Control as you handle visitors and employees.
• You will make IDs for employees and visitors.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You are Tech Savy as you use electronic means to help you keep the facility safe.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards. 

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have to physical stamina to walk, sit, stand, and handle any weather conditions throughout your shift.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You can multitask and work well under pressure.
• You are able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• You have a valid DL and clean driving record.
• You have excellent work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
