\n\nJob Details:
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• Neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics experience required - neurosurgery experience mandatory
\n• First time travelers not accepted
\n• Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery
\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts
\n• Care for patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Work in 18-room OR unit within 593-bed facility with daily census of 50-60
\n• Weekend coverage required with 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks
\n• Call requirements: 1-2 calls per week (Monday-Thursday) with 30-minute callback response time
\n• Weekend call starts at end of shift Friday through 0700 Monday
\n• Holiday coverage as call only per department need
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
\n• EPIC experience required
\n• Pennsylvania RN license required with no license hits accepted
\n• RTO maximum 7 days per contract
\n• Must complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules
\n• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
\n• Manager interview required after clinical screening
\n• Skills include craniotomy, laminectomy, spinal fusions, trauma care, and various neurosurgical procedures
